Membership for 2021
A seasonal membership provides access to our seven outdoor courts and the use of our online booking service; there are no initiation fees or court fees for members. We offer a variety of programming to enable new members to meet players of a similar playing level: Challenge Ladders, Drop In Doubles sessions, Tennis Socials, Group Lessons, and Club Tournaments. Our friendly staff will be happy to suggest playing partners, or simply add your name to a "Looking for a Hit" list. Players at every level are welcome.
Members receive reduced rates for lessons and junior programs.
The club officially opens on the last Saturday in April, but nets are often up earlier, weather permitting. The club's office closes on the Thanksgiving weekend but nets remain up until the snow arrives.
Over 18 years of age at the time of membership purchase
Two adults in a relationship, both persons residing at the same municipal address,
One adult and one child of said adult, either under 18 years of age or a full-time student. Both
persons must reside at the same municipal address.
Parent(s) and their children, who are either under 18 years of age or full-time students, all residing
at the same municipal address.
Over 18 Years of Age and enrolled in school full-time at the time of membership purchase. Proof
of student status may be requested.

Prospective members who join the club for the first time may do so at the Early Bird rate at any time before September 1; uniform fall rates apply from September 1 to the end of the season.
Terms & Conditions
All members are expected to adhere to our Club Rules. The KTC reserves the right to cancel the membership of anyone whose behaviour is contrary to Club Rules or causes any damage to the club. Incorrect age or student status declaration will result in membership cancellation by the Club without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration is non-refundable, except for medical reasons. Requests must be in writing and accompanied by a doctor’s injury-specific letter. Credits are prorated and a $35 cancellation fee will apply. Credit will be issued within two weeks from the date the request is made.
Registration is non-transferable, and applies to the current season only.
