Adult Development - Group Lessons
Join us for group lessons - both members and non-members are welcome. Group training lessons are designed to improve stroke technique, broaden shot selection and increase your overall enjoyment of tennis. Use the NTRP guidelines to initially select the appropriate level for you - coaches will group players according to skill level after the first lesson.
Group lessons provide you with the opportunity to meet other like-minded players at your level. Practice is important between lessons to maximize the value of each lesson received; you will be encouraged to set up hits with lesson mates to build your tennis network!
Group lessons will be taught by our club pros.

The second part of the course will introduce scoring and show players how to play a set using OTA rules and regulations. Players will learn how to maintain a rally and win points when playing against other opponents.
The main focus of this level is to introduce the basics of tennis and get players to the point where they can rally and play points. Players will have completed Beginner I when they can effectively rally 10 balls in a row from both the forehand and the backhand sides.

Customizable Private Doubles Clinic
$40/player for two 1-hour coaching sessions
Anytime. Four players required to sign up as a group.
This program is a highly customized workout designed to improve doubles performance. During the first session of this two-session workout, the four participants will be required to play an “interactive set” where they will be charted (stats recorded for errors, winners, and shots made and missed) and will be given feedback in between points. The next segment of the hour will be a tailored workout to improve specific shots and strategies based on the performance of the charted set.
Participants will be required to book an additional hour on their own to continue playing and practicing the skills and tactics as an additional method of application.
The sequence for the following session will be reversed, whereby the hour starts with training the tactics and shots learned previously, followed by a charted “interactive set” to measure improvement.
Once again, participants will be required to book an additional hour on their own to continue playing and practicing the skills and tactics learned.
