The Regular Junior Development Lesson Package:
Beginner and Intermediate

one-hour group lessons - twice in one week - over three weeks.
Groups will be a maximum of six students - in adherence to the Tennis
Canada Teaching standards and respecting the mandatory 6:1 student to
instructor ratio.
LESSON SCHEDULE:
Group 1 - Mondays and Wednesdays: 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm for three
consecutive weeks commencing Monday April 28.
Group 2 - Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm for three
consecutive weeks commencing Tuesday April 29.
Each three week group sessions costs
$60 for members and $70 for non-members (each time you pay a
non-member fee the amount goes towards a prospective membership).
Payment is due before or on the first day of the first lesson. Payment
is accepted by stewards at the KTC office at KTC 45 Napier St. We accept
cash-cheque-credit card.
Juniors are encouraged to bring with them
bottle water-drinks. We have a water fountain and sell some items
upstairs. We have an assortment of used tennis racquets suitable for
beginners. It is important for the juniors to wear non-marking
tennis-court shoes.
The Enhanced Junior Development Lesson Package:
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced (new to
KTC this year)
This
package is intended for juniors interested in developing physical
fitness and skills for competitive play.
For
an additional fee, the group lesson format would be the same as what is
described above, however, there would be additional lessons added on
Saturdays:
Group 1- Saturdays: 10:30 am to 11:30 am for three consecutive
weeks.
Group 2 - Saturdays: 10:30 am to 11:30 am for three consecutive
weeks.
Each three week enhanced group session
costs $80 for members and $100 for non-members (each time you pay
a non-member fee the amount goes towards a prospective membership).
Payment is due before or on the first day of the first lesson. Pay the

* Students can upgrade
to the enhanced program while in
mid-regular-development-lesson-package-session for a pro-rated fee.
* Any lessons cancelled due to weather or other reasons will be
rescheduled accordingly.
* Parents are encouraged to discuss any special needs/circumstances with
Pro prior to commencement of group sessions.
* We will encourage students to participate in tournaments and other
events throughout the season.
Junior Membership
costs $140.00 Before April 11 and $150.00 after April 11.
